eDNA as a Tool for Inferring Insect Species Presence and Characterizing Communities

This state-of-the-science symposium will cover using eDNA techniques to understand insect communities. Experts will present lessons learned about sample designs and field methods to maximize results, DNA degradation, novel lab techniques, and how this can be applied to management and research questions for communities and species of concern.
