VectorGuard is an app designed to raise awareness about tick- and mosquito-borne illnesses in local communities. By combining data from the CDC, NIH, and WHO with real-time reports from users, the app generates interactive heat maps to show which vectors are active in a given area. It serves as a centralized resource for everything related to ticks and mosquitoes, from species identification and disease risks to prevention strategies and educational tips. VectorGuard will launch on the App Store in September 2025.
