This symposium will address the emergence of slugs and snails as economic pests in agriculture. Relatively few meetings have been organized to unite the scientific community around the management of terrestrial mollusks. Leading researchers, many of whom are entomologists, will exchange ideas and perspectives, foster collaboration and advance knowledge-sharing.
