As educators and Extension professionals important knowledge should be properly disseminated to serve stakeholders' needs. This becomes difficult when vocabulary can cause negative responses, resulting in stakeholders shutting out information. There are strategies to teach challenging topics to all stakeholders. Here participants learn and develop these strategies with hands-on practice.
