Lead in: Creativity, innovation and action in entomology!

Leadership is key for driving positive change. It includes creativity for generation of new ideas for future challenges, innovation in implementation of effective solutions, and actions that keep pace with changing environments. Every entomologist’s role includes opportunities for leadership aligned with their agency, position and rank. I will present my leadership journey from early-career to administration in academia to share how leadership can be embraced at every step of an entomologist’s professional career!
