In my closing remarks for the symposium, I will summarize the key insights shared by the speakers and participants, highlighting emerging trends in insecticide resistance research and management. I will emphasize the importance of regional collaboration, continuous resistance monitoring, and integration of multiple tactics within an IPM framework to sustain long-term control efficacy. Finally, I will encourage continued cross-commodity partnerships and stakeholder engagement to build resilient and adaptive resistance management programs across agricultural systems.
